THE BRIEF
Give a little, gain a lot.
After twenty-five years in their home, these clients came to us to freshen the first floor and add lasting value with a full kitchen renovation. The kitchen was small and closed off, and the challenge was to make it feel generous without a large addition.
We maximized every inch, integrating the kitchen with the adjoining rooms and combining timeless, traditional elements with more contemporary finishes and color. The result is a welcoming, layered space, warm and full of texture, that lives far larger than its square footage.

Downsizing a double sliding door to a single opening freed a full wall for cabinetry and grew the kitchen’s footprint.
