In the short-term, we’ll collaborate with you throughout planning and construction to select elements such as paint colors, flooring, lighting, hardware, countertops, and countless others. Then we’ll take your project across the finish line with custom furnishings, art, window treatments, and decor to bring your home to life.

Before we begin, our team meets with each new client for a two-hour Design Orientation. During this pre-proposal consultation and assessment we will:
Get to know you, your family, and your lifestyle.
Evaluate the condition of your home or future home’s site to understand your project goals and design opportunities.
Take preliminary photos and measurements to help us with the preparation of your proposal.
Once we are familiar with your project, we’ll provide you with a proposal outlining the understood scope of work, timeline, and an estimated fee to complete your design.
Our Design Orientation fee is $500.
