WEXFORD · PRIMARY BATH

THE BRIEF

Reclaim the footprint, raise the warmth.

The original primary bath wasted its best square footage. An oversized jacuzzi-style tub anchored a layout that had aged out of the way the homeowners wanted to live, with a cramped linen closet eating into the plan. They were ready for something bolder and more personal, a room with a real point of view rather than another safe, neutral bath.

We reconfigured the entire layout to earn back every inch. The linen closet gave way to a wall-to-wall custom vanity with a symmetrical his-and-hers tower, the dated tub was replaced with a modern-traditional soaking tub, and the shower was opened up to hold dual heads and niches. Then we layered in saturation and warmth until the room felt current and timeless at once.

“The boldest rooms are not the loudest. They are the most committed. Every finish here was chosen to bring warmth to something hard.”

THE DETAILS

Where bold meets warm.

01

An oxblood anchor

A wall-to-wall custom vanity in richly saturated oxblood brings warmth and confidence, current in its color and classic in its lines, with a symmetrical his-and-hers tower for storage.

02

Marble as the statement

Calacatta marble with bold, warm veining crowns the vanity and carries through to the shower curb and glass surround, one material telling the whole story.

03

Warmth in every finish

Honey-toned aged brass, limewashed walls, and dark slate floors soften every hard surface, so a saturated, high-contrast room still reads as a retreat.
