THE BRIEF
A smarter kitchen, same four walls.
This young, active family needed a kitchen that could keep up with the constant coming and going of daily life. The layout was awkward and the storage never quite enough, but the footprint itself was worth keeping.
Rather than move walls, we reworked the plan from the inside out, reusing some of the existing cabinetry where it made sense and adding extended storage, a much-needed pantry, and a beverage station. A two-tone palette of calming gray and timeless navy ties the kitchen to the rest of the home.
